Author's Edition, Limited. 376pp. Brown cloth with gilt lettering and design on cover and spine. Gilt on top of pages. This is a scarce first edition. At the front of the book are two pages containing a hand-written note from the author to the recipients of the Author's Edition. This note is printed even though it looks like it was handwritten. It is signed by the author and the signature is real - not printed and it is in a different color ink.
